Conditions of participation
All employees of WEINHUT GmbH who work for WEINHUT GmbH on a full-time or part-time basis are eligible to participate. Team leaders, working students, mini-jobbers and short-term employees are excluded from the promotion. New, recommended candidates are persons who are not or have not been in an employment relationship with WEINHUT GmbH, who have not yet applied to WEINHUT GmbH independently of your recommendation or who are not entered in the WEINHUT GmbH applicant database. The names of the recommending employee and the recommended person must be known to WEINHUT GmbH prior to the conclusion of an employment contract. The legal process is excluded.
Payment requirements
You can receive a special bonus of up to €500 (gross) per recommendation.
You will receive the first 200€ if
- the candidate (f/m) recommended by you has been employed by WEINHUT GmbH for more than three months on a full- or part-time basis (min. 30h/week)
You will receive an additional 300€ if - the candidate (f/m) recommended by you has been employed by WEINHUT GmbH for more than six months on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 30 hours/week).
You will only receive the payments if - it is a new, recommended candidate.
- As an employee of WEINHUT GmbH, you are still in a non-terminated employment relationship with WEINHUT GmbH at the time of payment. As an employee, the bonus will be paid out and taxed with your salary.
- you were the first to recommend the new employee in the case of multiple nominations; the date of receipt of the recommendation form applies.
- Your name and the name of the recommended person were known to WEINHUT GmbH before the conclusion of an employment contract with the candidate.
Consent of the recommended person
You need the consent of the recommended person before you pass on his or her data to WEINHUT GmbH.
Exclusion from the recommendation campaign
WEINHUT GmbH would like to point out that the recommendation in the following cases is unfair and therefore prohibited by law. In case of a violation committed by you, WEINHUT GmbH reserves the right to exclude you from the recommendation campaign and not to pay you the premium.
- Unacceptable harassment, i.e., among other things, telephone, fax or email advertising without the prior consent of the person being recommended, as well as the exertion of pressure.
- Deliberate systematic exploitation of private relationships in an unobjective or inappropriate manner for advertising purposes.
- Misleading, i.e., among other things, making false promises, spreading false facts or concealing important information when making a recommendation.
- Covert friendship advertising, i.e., among other things, if the recommending employee passes on addresses of third parties to WEINHUT GmbH without their consent or lack of proof of the declaration of consent and receives a premium for this.
